Shipping Policy
- MTYCI Online Store DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Most orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items.
- We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
- Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business week.
- No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday.
- For overnight or express shipping, please call us at (713) 668-8811 during regular business hours and we will do our best to arrange shipping.
Shipping Pricing
- We offer free shipping for purchases of $250 or more anywhere in the United States.
- We can ship overseas, but please contact us for pricing on these shipments as prices vary. We will be happy to work with you!
Returns & Exchange
Returns & Exchange Policy
- ALL SALES are FINAL on all consignment pieces including clothes, shoes, handbags, accessories & jewelry.
- We offer a seven (7) day return policy for STORE CREDIT ONLY on retail gifts & decorative accessories.
- Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange.
- You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been worn, altered or washed, with tags still attached.
- We will credit the card on which the purchase was made.
